Here it is guys, our first guest roaster of the year and it’s only fitting to have the immaculate to take up that mantle.
Williams & Johnson are a roastery in Leith, Edinburgh who produce some stunningly clean and refined coffees. Sticking to the key principle of seasonality allows them to have a small but carefully curated selection of some of the sweetest coffees available.
We have the full range of filter coffees from them which are all washed coffees. What really stands out for us is how remarkably clean and distinguishable the coffees really are.
We have some retail bags for sale, we’ll be brewing up some coffees on batch and we have a delightful Peruvian espresso too so come on and try some this month. 🇵🇪☕️🏝👌🏻

Christmas has arrived at The Penny Drop 🎄🎅
We've decided to bring back some of our favourite coffee roasters who we've featured on our coffee bar throughout the year. We are delighted to have 3 coffees each from .coffee and
Curve coffee have been in the game since 2016 and hail from the garden of England in Kent's fashionable Margate. We have 3 spectacular coffees from Central America to share with you for Christmas including;
El Mirador from Guatemala,
Los Pirineos from El Salvador and,
their festive offering, Norma Iris Fiallos from Honduras.
From Ireland's rugged west coast, Calendar coffee have been roasting bright and seasonal coffee in Galway since 2018. We're delighted to bring you; Teamwork espresso from Colombia, Gahizi from Rwanda and,
their own Christmas coffee Ananias Silvestre from Colombia.
We think you guys are going to love these coffees as much as we do.
