Skewered breast of chicken made with a light Malaysian satay sauce. This skewer of assured farm chicken is marinated in our chef’s homemade satay sauce. It’s a combination of everything you’d expect but certainly unique in appearance and look to Owen Brothers - it has to be as the marinade is an Owen Brothers secret so I can’t really tell you anymore - you’ll just have to order and try it.
