Thank you for everyone who purchased raffle tickets to raise money for . They are a local charity that prevents self harm, abuse and exploitation of young people in Harrow. The amazing ladies at the created these raffle prizes and we have managed to raise a whooooping £440! Well done and thank you!

We’ve come so far and we’re so nearly there now! We just need one final push to get us over the finish line.

• Our major building works on the roof have already been completed and paid for through some incredibly kind private donations and a hugely generous price discount from our contractors.

• Our crowdfunders campaign has us well on the way to covering our remaining costs - compliance checks (eg. electrics, boiler, chillers, fire extinguishers, etc.), stamp duty and legal costs, topping up our Holding Deposit (due to the rent increase), and other incidentals.

• We’ve received a hard copy of our lease which means that (subject to meeting the requirements laid out) we have confirmation of our ten year extension!!

It’s a far cry from where we started. Only 6 weeks ago, we needed £25,000+ to even think about being able to renew the lease. It seemed like an impossible task. Thanks to all of you, your kind support and generous donations, we are finally feeling cautiously optimistic that we can save our beloved Oddfellows Arms and continue to be a part of our community for years to come.

We have 10 hours until our Crowdfunders Campaign ends tonight. Ideally, we need another £5,000 to meet all our remaining lease requirements. It may seem like a lot but look what we’ve already achieved. So if you haven’t already donated (and want to) now’s the time. Every little helps.

What a great day yesterday! It’s this type of event that reminds us why the Oddfellows Arms is so important to us all. Friends and families coming together to enjoy a day of fun and festivities. Thanks to all of you who showed up and made it such a special day. To Easy Street for their great music and the fantastic vibe that they create. To Sougtani for their delicious food. And special thanks to all our staff who work so hard to make this happen!
