In 2020 Creams served more than 5 million customers with more than 50 million scoops of gelato and 8.6 million milkshakes. Moreover, they partnered with Crisis, the UK national charity for homeless people, to pledge £16,000 worth of donations to bring shelter to many over the Christmas period through their foundation which will continue to support Crisis going forward alongside other charity partners.
