TACO WEDNESDAY can be a thing right? Letting the Cinco de Mayo good times continue for another day ….. grab a taco salad for lunch or dinner.
Full of fiber our taco salad is a kidney cannellini and sweet corn with mixed peppers, shallots and coriander. Not to mention our house taco seasoning, cheddar cheese and chipotle crème fraiche make it a bowl of tastiness!!!

Have to say it’s burger night but with the weather and the spring feels, we have been full on taco salads!!!! If you have not tried today is the day to be transported to Mexico. Or Tex Mex. 😬 either way it’s available veggie or with taco spiced chicken so get in and recommend with a marg on the ROCKS!
