Here's a buffet to get you going. We had some phenominal michelin star chefs at a party in Carshalton Beeches yesterday.
The fruit totem was the talking point and was demolished. A big thank you to Sammy Daniells, Sam, Nigel Beckett, Nick, Hebditch, Laura Abbott, Jose, Cliff, Linda, Lorraine, the bar staff, Fiona Beckett for the admin and beautiful handwritten menus.
A long day but a super impressed client and guests. Thank you all for the hard work.

Birthday celebrations in Lydd last night for June's birthday in a converted pub. We had cooked there before for family, so it was nice to go back.
We had some great helpers that served nannies cake for her. The children were so polite and lovely and we had a great night.

What a great bunch of lads from Belgium last night. As it turns out Robin, the Stag knows one of my friends Craig Clarke, and runs the finances for Rolls Royce in Europe. We had a very relaxed evening and some great laughs.
Food was Cromer crab fishcake, Shetland salmon with chive and caviar beurre blanc, braised 16 hour brisket, soffrito, red wine, chocolate fondant. It was so good that we didn't even feel that we had been working. A huge thankyou to Laurens for the booking.
