Tea Tasted at the Source
“There’s nothing quite like drinking tea where it was made.”
One of our March retreat guests shares his favourite styles of tea and reflects on the experience of enjoying them surrounded by the very gardens they come from.
At the Tea2you Tea Retreat, tea is experienced at its freshest — moments after production, high in the Darjeeling mountains, with every cup connected directly to the land, climate, and people behind it.
A slower rhythm, remarkable tea, and an experience impossible to recreate elsewhere.
November 2026 is fully booked however March 2027 enquiries are now open via our website.

There’s nothing quite like brewing a proper cup of classic black tea. ☕️🇬🇧 Watch the leaves do their thing, let the tea brew, then pour yourself a well-deserved cuppa. Because some things are classic for a reason.

Those very same scales are still going strong at Borough Market today!
What a privilege to catch up, share a few cups of tea, and remember where it all began ☕️

From Leaf to Cup
Darjeeling remains one of the world’s most extraordinary yet unexplored tea regions.
Beyond the landscapes, it is the people who define the experience — the pluckers, makers, guides, and families who dedicate their lives to the journey from leaf to cup.
Through the Tea2you Tea Retreat, guests are welcomed into this daily rhythm: walking the estates, sharing conversations, learning traditions, and discovering the depth of care behind every harvest.
An intimate journey through tea, heritage, and mountain life.
