Hi everyone, so sorry to share that in February we will be open mainly Fridays and Sundays.
We are so gutted about this but there is nothing else we can do - with extremely limited staff availability for the month, and our new barista unable to start until March, we have no option but to be closed on most Thursdays and Saturdays. Again, we are so sorry about this and appreciate your continued support.
We've posted a few hiring notice on Instagram (please share if you can) but for the time being this will have to be our new schedule, with the hope of changing back to our Thurs-Sun schedule as soon as possible in March.
This week's hours:
Thursday (live jazz), from 7pm
Fridays: 10am - 10pm
Sundays: 10am - 4pm

Unfortunately, due to being severly under staffed (literally none of the staff members are available to work ) we have to close on Saturday.
We are gutted about this and do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We've hired a new barista who can help from next Saturday onwards hence this might be the last weekend of limited opening hours 🙏

We also want to thank everyone on Saturday for their patience - a very busy day short on staff meant people were so lovely and understanding when having to wait longer than we’d like. Thank you. ❤️

This is both due to shortage of staff and also taking care of our current staff and making sure no one is overworked. Also for anyone new to us, we are adapting our hours weekly at the moment due to Gaba’s (co-owner) current chemotherapy treatment.

Part 1 - The Netherlands ( Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hilversum).
It’s that time again! One of Pawel’s "ladies" will be joining us on our summer holidays! ❤️
Different to previous years however, this years portrait will travel with us (on a shorter trip than usual) around just Northern Europe (we’ve had to miss the South this year) to then return to London and accompany us to the first round of Gaba’s chemotherapy.
This “lady” will then be on auction, with all money going to the Bowelbabe Fund - and the highest bidder will win our well-travelled lady!
The Bowelbabe Fund goes towards clinical trials and researching personalised cancer treatments as well as raising awareness with organisations such as Bowel Cancer UK.
Stay tuned to see where she travels to! ❤️ We will be sharing all her updates on our Instagram page !
