A true labour of love from our chefs, inspired by the same philosophy we’ve held since our first trattoria in Knutsford in 1999 seasonal ingredients, time honoured Italian cooking, and hospitality to make you feel at home.
This time, we’ve refined the favourites, celebrated new exceptional Italian produce, and created a menu we’re incredibly proud of.

Rigatoni Alla Vodka 🍝 Freshly made Rigatoni with a spicy vodka tomato sauce and topped with Parmesan table side.
Enjoy as a personal main or for the table as a shared.
Cocktail di Gamberi 🦐 Refreshing a classic with fresh Atlantic prawns, pickled cucumber, baby gem and house made Marie Rose
🍾 A glass of Gavi Di Gavi on side is a recommended touch
Meuzzo Peperonata 🐟 A satisfying summer dish of Roasted cod, braised peppers and crispy samphire
Polpette con Patate, a chefs favourite of beef, pork and caramelised onion meatballs, in a moreish slow cooked tomato sauce with roasted rosemary potatoes
