Spice Rack Lounge is and has always been commited to serving quality food at the highest standard. Since we opened in 2019 our rating has never dropped below 4 - and we have maintained a top score of 5 for 7 years. After a 15 minute visit from an 'agent' last month, we were treated incredibly unfairly and given 1 due to reasons that amounted to an error in paperwork. This had NOTHING to do with our food hygiene standards - an area that we take incredibly seriously. The FSA itself has never rated our food hygiene as anything other than good.
Today we are rightly back at 4 and promise this will be back at 5 very soon.
To those who support us we thank you and see you soon. To others.... well... this post speaks for itself.
