This award belongs to everyone who has crossed the threshold at Pied à Terre: the customers and alumni who have given me, and this industry, their time and energy.

Over three decades, this restaurant has been built by many hands. Thank you to every chef and everyone who’s worked in the kitchen, every front of house team member, and every guest who has been part of the journey. Here’s to what comes next.

We’re Hiring!

Fancy learning your trade at London’s longest standing Michelin star restaurant?

For over 30 years, Pied à Terre on Charlotte Street has held a Michelin star, longer than any other restaurant in the capital. As we head into our 35th year, we are looking for people who want to be part of that story:

- Waiting staff, full time and part time
- Chef de Partie

Swipe through and you will get a sense of what that means day to day: precise, considered plates leaving the pass, Head Chef Aggelos Kassais working through every last detail, and a dining room where guests (and podcasters!) linger over good wine and better conversation. It is a kitchen with a genuine track record of developing its own; several of our former sous chefs have gone on to become head chefs here, so if you are looking for somewhere that will invest in your career, this is it.

Front of house, the same care applies. Ours is a warm, attentive style of service in one of London’s most intimate fine dining rooms, backed by one of the best wine lists in the city. Proud, but never stiff. Precise, but never cold.

If that sounds like the kind of hospitality you would like to be part of, we would love to hear from you.

Grilled octopus that’s char-kissed, glazed in chorizo marmalade, and resting on willd greens and black eyed beans with miso cream: if you think you’ve had octopus before, this one will change your mind.

Grilled until smoky and tender, then finished with a sweet-spicy chorizo marmalade that plays against the silky miso cream beneath it. Black eyed beans & wild greens bring the earthiness, fresh dill ties it all together.
