This February, the fantastic Paige has been taking on an incredible challenge โ 100 squats every single day for the whole month โ all in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Thatโs 2,800 squats across Februaryโฆ and all for a cause that touches so many of us. ๐
Weโre so proud to support her efforts and the brilliant work Cancer Research UK does in funding life-saving research and supporting those affected by cancer.

Coach and Horses, Carshalton is a charming pub that has a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Originally a harness-makers shop, it was transformed into a beer shop by Crowley's Brewery of Croydon. Today, the pub offers an excellent range of beers, wines, and spirits in its small bar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with regulars engaging in banter or watching sports on one of the big screen TVs. The secret garden maintained by regulars adds to the charm of this traditional pub. It's not uncommon to hear children's laughter within the premises too. The location on Carshalton High Street provides a lovely view while enjoying your drink or meal. If you're looking for a cozy spot to relax and unwind, Coach and Horses is definitely worth checking out!
