Introducing our first ever ‘Guest Protein’ Hot Smoked Salmon supplied by , a London based family of salmon smokers operating since 1911! Cold smoked in Goldstein’s home-cure recipe, then roasted in their kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavour and a beautiful flakey texture just perfect for topping your bowl.
Available on site in all our locations this week and making it’s way on to apps from next Monday.

PSA 🔈OUR FESTIVE OPENING HOURS 🎅
We will be closing all our stores on Friday 19th December at 3.30pm for a well deserved Christmas break for our teams.
Then once all that festive over indulgence is done with we’ll be back on Monday the 5th of January ready to give you a fresh start to 2026.

There have been some exciting developments at TSK HQ. We’ve been cooking up some new additions to our menu that we’ll be rolling out across all our locations starting with Leather Lane.
Every morning our staff will be busy baking fresh focaccia ready for service. To be accompanied by two delicious dips; Silky smooth hummus and creamy labneh, both made in house and perfectly portioned into indivdual pots for the ideal snack, or side to your Crunchbox.
For the rest of this week we’ll be offering free samples of both focaccia and dips. Then from next week they will be available to buy in store, on our app and across our corporate catering platforms from our Leather Lane kitchen.

Alternatively, you can take the bus to City Road and walk along to Whitecross Street.
