Meet our head chef Norine Chu !
I had so much confidence about our new restaurant from the beginning knowing Norine would be a big part of it. She earned the badges by being part of the opening for Singburi 2.0 and Tempo in Bethnal Green, as well as previously involved at Waterhouse Project.
In this short time she has already introduced several very popular new dishes to us, and once we are settled with our service there will be plenty more to come!

"A beautifully smoked piece of beef with my name on it!”
Our new logo made by Hanson Cheng says a lot about what we are, colour palette chosen with a beautiful smoke ring in mind, it feels modern while staying true to our love of barbeque. It doesn't look out of place in representing a late night entertainment venue too.
"Uncle" had to go as I feel it is time to progress from our first chatper, putting away a comforting figure and replace with a more professional feeling, putting our guests' experience to the top of priorities.
I hope you like this as much as we do, and I look forward to be serving you very soon!

I have ordered the big screen & benches and a sound system for this. Expect pre-match singing and post match dancing.
