Meet our Pizziolo Fabio! Fabio’s been here at Shoreditch since the beginning. Always rocking his blue head scarf, you can find him working his magic on the pizza oven.

Fabio loves listening to Soul, Jazz & rock, his favourite artist at the minute has to be Marlena Shawn whom he recommends everyone to go listen to. “I’ve loved making pizzas since I was 5, it’s a passion of mine and I love the fact I can work around sincere and honest people who support my work”

Fabio’s favourite Rudys pizza has to be the Porchetta. Not only does he love a white base but this is a typical pizza you’d find in Lazio Italy, so it reminds him of home!

Meet Valerie & Aimee. Our long standing members who’ve been here at Shoreditch with us since we opened the doors back in December.

Valerie is often seen sketching on the streets of Shoreditch. She loves drawing & calligraphy, bringing in her talents to Rudys, writing the blackboards here at Shoreditch & also at our Spitalfields branch. “I absolutely love working at Rudys, the ability to give out generosity to the guests to make someone’s day, feels so rewarding”

Valerie’s favourite pizza at the minute is our brand new special ‘Coppa, Taleggio & leek’. Loving cheesy meaty feasts, this pizza brings all of that!!

Aimee is our babe from down under! When she’s not seen shaking espresso martinis on the bar, you can catch her jamming it out in gigs, having wholesome hikes and cooking up a storm in her kitchen. “My favourite thing about working in Rudys is the la famiglia, everyone is so lovely and fun! It makes me excited to come to work”.

Aimee’s go to pizza at the minute has to be our Marinara, with simple classic flavours she usually adds our homemade chilli honey for an added spice.

Put some pep in your step and come check out our new special Pepe Rosso (V) Sundried tomato & red pepper purée topped with fior Di latte, garlic and thyme roasted butternut squash, green chilli, red onion and Kalamata olives. Finished with garlic oil.
