BRAT BRAT, located on Redchurch Street, is a British restaurant that draws inspiration from the wine and grill bars of northern Spain. The open-fire cooking technique adds depth to the dishes while the wine list, curated by Noble Rot founders Keeling Andrews & Co., perfectly complements the flavors. In 2018, it was reviewed by Fay Maschler and featured in London Eater. However, it has not updated its profile since 2018 and might be closed down.

We’ve been open for 4 weeks so thought that it might be time for a holiday...we are closed today whilst the team visits the Basque port town, Getaria, and the restaurants of San Sebastián. Looking forward to catching up with some of the fishermen, farmers and chefs who inspired us to cook simply and let the produce do the talking.

BRAT, located on Redchurch Street in London, is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. Inspired by the wine and grill bars of northern Spain, BRAT offers a British twist on traditional Spanish cuisine. The restaurant's open-fire cooking method adds an extra layer of flavor to their dishes, which are made using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

The wine list at BRAT is curated by Noble Rot founders Keeling Andrews & Co., ensuring that each glass perfectly complements the flavors of the food. The restaurant has received rave reviews from critics such as Fay Maschler and has been featured in publications like Eater London.

What sets BRAT apart from other restaurants is their commitment to simplicity and letting the produce speak for itself. This philosophy is evident in every dish, from their grilled meats to their seafood offerings. Even after just four weeks of being open, BRAT's team took a trip to Getaria and San Sebastián to further explore the culinary traditions that inspired them.

Overall, BRAT is a fantastic addition to London's dining scene and should not be missed by anyone looking for an unforgettable meal.
