Seafood restaurants are known for their fresh and delicious seafood dishes, and Wright Brothers Borough in Stoney Street, London is no exception. This seafood restaurant is the original Wright Brothers restaurant where their growing wholesale business began. The intimate and informal setting of the restaurant is perfect for a pit-stop from the bustling market.
The seating arrangement at Wright Brothers Borough is mostly around a long oyster bar and two shared high-tables which offer views across the open kitchen. During summer, guests can sit outside around tall wooden barrels and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. Head chef Rob Malyon's speciality is great ingredients cooked simply. The menu includes classics such as oysters, fruits de mer, moules marinières, as well as traditional dishes like their beef, Guinness and oyster pie.
One of the best things about Wright Brothers Borough is that there is a daily-changing specials board ensuring the freshest seafood and seasonal produce. The wine list pairs perfectly with the food on offer and there is a wide selection of cocktails, as well as an excellent range of bottled London craft beers.
