Our wild salmon comes from small-scale fishers in Alaska — and you can even know their names🍣

Fun fact: Salmon sushi wasn’t common in Japan in the ’80s. Its boom came with farmed salmon, but that growth has taken a toll on nature and global fishing communities.

This month we’re adding more wild salmon options to our takeaway sets.
Better for you. Better for the planet. Better for the people who fish with care.

Wild salmon is:
✔ Low-calorie
✔ Rich in healthy fats
✔ Low in toxins
✔ Full of vitamins & minerals

Choose wild. Eat well. Support small fishers. 🌍💙

🐟✨ A Once-in-a-Lifetime Return ✨🐟

Back in 1997, Moshi Moshi removed bluefin tuna from our menu as stocks collapsed worldwide. We never thought we’d see its recovery in our lifetime… but this summer, it’s finally back in UK waters! 🌊

Thanks to strict quotas, only 13 boats are licensed to fish, catching just a few tonnes by rod and line — a brilliant example of sustainable, precautionary fishing. For us, it means the joy of serving wild UK bluefin again, as a seasonal treat.

To celebrate, we’re teaming up with for a special 7-course dinner: from pure maguro & toro sashimi to slow-simmered nabe — a true showcase of this majestic fish. 🍣🍲

💷 Tickets: £50 per person (paid upfront)
