Hi, Francesco here, how are you. I am looking for a waiter/waitress to work alongside myself or another chef and another waiter/waitress on the busiest days. The shifts are Tuesday to Saturday 5:30pm to 10:30/11pm. The start date is the 12th of April. The pay is £10/h plus equal share of tips. Contract provided and work benefits (holiday pay, pension scheme, etc). We cook 15 to 30 meals a day, so you are expected to be impeccable, elegant, well spoken and energetic. The washing up is also shared among all staff. You must have experience in hospitality. You must know how to open a cork wine bottle.
