Hope you’ve settled into 2026 🪂
This year at Coco Labelle , I’m focusing on being the best version of us we can be
Always finding ways to improve manufacturing processes
Making operations better smoother more efficient
Delivering even better results
Honestly the food and flavours is the easy part , it’s keeping all the cogs ⚙️ turning that’s the real game !
I am so lucky that we have built a business that supplies great food to patient and staff feeding in the NHS . Just imagine that Coco Labelle is rewriting that whole narrative that hospital food is .. is good is delicious 😋 Imagine! That’s actually what we are doing !
It’s absolutely amazing that I walked into the hospital dinning room in Sheffield and the staff just called out to me “Elisabeth that Mauritian curry I love it”🎉 or my staff in the car park doing deliveries in our Surrey hospital stopped by two members of the public wanting to discuss how much their dad on the long term ward was enjoying the Salmon with Dill & Mustard Sauce . 🤯🙏
Impact . Gratitude. Insane amount of team and hard work . Crazy amount of self belief. Resilience through the roof and Joy in Perseverance.
It all unfolds so quickly
Do you want to see more of the journey of a female manufacturer ? Or what impact we are having into your public sector ?
Many times I don’t take the time and space to share - but if it can support other entrepreneurs and help you to build your business , then I’m here for it .
I know it’s February but it takes me time to transition between the years 🤣 so wishing you all a brilliant 2026. This is definitely your year 🏇 🎉

I got to pitch to an amazing charitable organisation that supplies hot meals directly to elderly customers living at home independently.
It was brilliant and I was so thrilled to hear about the work they do supporting the community and especially doing free welfare checks !
The days are getting darker and colder now and it must feel lonelier - thankful we have these organisations doing great work and I hope Coco Labelle can be part of the work by supplying a tasty nutritious meal at lunchtime 🥘
Do you have elderly family living independently- do you know what they are having for tea ? Are you happy ? Let me know 👇🏼
