To our wonderful guests and community,
We want to share an important update on what’s been happening behind the scenes. Since February, chef Franck has been dealing with some unexpected health challenges. Between his hospital appointments and focusing on his recovery, things look a little different at the restaurant right now.
To ensure chef Franck can prioritize his health while we keep doing what we love, we are temporarily limiting our opening hours and the number of covers we can take each service.
To avoid disappointment, reservations are now highly recommended, as we unfortunately won't be able to accommodate walk-ins as easily as before.
Your support, patience, and kindness mean the world to our family and team right now. Thank you for standing by us—we can't wait to welcome you soon.
With love and gratitude,
Agne & the Augustine Kitchen Team

Happy Birthday to our muse, Augustine! 🎂
Today, we celebrate the incredible woman who started it all: Augustine Raymond, born on this day, November 2nd, 1910.
Augustine wasn't just a great cook; she was a legend in our family . Her passion, dedication, and culinary talent live on in every dish we serve. It was her spirit—and her amazing recipes—that inspired us to open our doors in 2013.
