To my friend and fellow chef, George thank you for the joy of competing together. Lastly, special thanks to Frederic , without his deep expertise, I will never have reached this level of competition.
I leave the competition with my head held high, my heart full of pride, and without a single regret! ( maybe just one😜) I had promised myself this would be my last year competing in this wonderful event... but the passion is just too strong: there's no way I can walk away from such an amazing journey, so I'll be back next year, more motivated than ever!
