We're switching over to our summer menu soon, so I've been working my way through some of the new pizzas.
One of my favourites, the Fungi Five β a creamy porcini base topped with mixed mushrooms, Irish Gouda (Coolea), and finished with truffle chimichurri π€€ππ

π¨ SAVE POYSER STREET!!! π¨
Tower Hamlets has ordered the removal of all outdoor tables, chairs, and planters from Poyser Street β a move that would turn our lively community space back into a car park (see last photo).
In recent years, Poyser Street has been transformed by a growing number of independent businesses, shifting it from a quiet, car-cluttered side street into a vibrant destination full of local character.
Help us protect that progress.

What people say
The reviews of Sodo on Pitfield Street, London are mixed. A recent review in The Guardian praised the pizzeria for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas with toppings that are "imaginative but not outlandish". However, a review in Time Out London from last year criticized the slow service and small portions.
A customer who recently visited Sodo left a positive comment on TripAdvisor, saying "the quality of their ingredients was top-notch and the crust was perfectly chewy/crispy." Another customer who visited last month had a different experience; they left a negative review on Google, stating that the pizza was "underwhelming" and that the staff lacked enthusiasm.
Overall, it appears that Sodo has received mixed reviews recently. While some customers have enjoyed their experience at the pizzeria, others have found it lacking.
