I have thought long and hard about this post. Cliche though it may sound! As a rule I never post/share my children on social media; not just to protect them. Parenthood/notparenthood is an extremely sensitive environment. Some years ago I wondered if this would backfire and if in this age where children’s milestones are routinely shared with the wider world on the internet, the fact that I never shared my children’s milestones, successes, what have you, might make them think I do not love them, am not proud of them.. no matter how many times I told them that l. I know right.. damned if you do and damned if you don’t comes to mind (another cliche, sorry about that).. ANYWAY our FIRST got a FIRST, through her own hard work, resilience, brilliance.. you name it.. and she is no longer a child.. and I routinely celebrate my friends successes on here, and indeed their children’s too.. and I also celebrate my own so it just doesn’t seem right or fair not to celebrate hers… so world here goes.. I give you Miley McGlue … ❤️🥰🤩💯

Welcome to the weekend! And what a wonderful weekend it looks like it will be… I am currently prepping Roman Peppers with dirty Freekej, To***co Onions & a spiced tahini sauce.. which believe me is DELICIOUS, lemon sole ceviche Peruvian style… dense prawns with burnt lime and several other goodies for an intimate evening in Crystal Palace.. these images are when we were setting up for a fundraiser to help save the from developers with .soundsystem and Andy and Natalie.. and next weekend we will be sipping sundowners on the good ship Papillion in Little Venice… there are a few seats left . Casey and Fiona had a great time cooking and sharing a fantastic Paella and oodles of Churros in Stoke Newington this weekend for lovely Robert’s Birthday.. beautiful garden, beautiful crowd and the weather held! Thank you for having us .newington we will come again!
