Should you be pressed for time, be cheeky and buy ready made shortcrust tart cases from -

For The pistachio crumble
180g plain flour
100g butter
50g icing sugar
30g pistachios
Blitz together
This made enough to cover 3 small tarts as well as the 10” apple and greengage crumble not shown.
