The Port of Leith Distillery is a modern whisky distillery located in the historic port district of Leith. Opened to the public in 2023, it is the UK’s first vertical whisky distillery, with the whisky-making process taking place across several floors of its nine-storey building. Table Whisky is their sommelier’s selection. A single grain whisky distilled in Edinburgh, matured in virgin oak and Sherry casks, and
blended in Leith.
