From the moment we sat down, all the usual worries disappeared. No checking ingredients. No questioning the staff. No fear of cross-contamination. Just a glass of wine, great company, and the freedom to order absolutely anything from the menu.

This is the story of how Niche became a fully gluten-free restaurant almost 14 years ago, after founder and chef Marc discovered he was celiac himself.
After years of unexplained symptoms, fatigue, digestive issues and skin problems, one phone call to Celiac UK changed everything.
What started as a personal struggle became a mission:
