Hello everyone just wanted to make a clarification about service charge's on orders placed the through Just Eat or Hungry house.

A lot of our customers have recently pointed out.. why are they being charged a 50p service charge by Rice n Spice. We would like to Clarify that the service charge is a charge made by Just Eat and Hungryhouse. The Rice n Spice (and for that matter none of the Takeaway's in the area to my knowledge) does not charge it's customers a "Service Charge". This charge in essence is a charge for using thier app it's also a way for them to get around the fact that they can No Longer charge for payments that are made with a debit or credit card.

We would like to once again request that all our customers make their orders directly with us over the phone. This way you do Not Pay an unnecessary service charge and also if you were to collect you may qualify for a 10% discount (orders over £11). We very much look forward to cooking for you all soon.
