From the moment guests arrived, the six hanging chandeliers illuminating the walkway, paired with striking red floral bases, set the tone for an unforgettable celebration.
Personalised menus with itemised dishes brought a refined touch to every table, while our team served a selection of canapés to welcome guests in style.
From the catering and breathtaking decoration to the seamless event management, Ummah Catering brought every element together to create a wedding that was as memorable as it was beautiful.

Beef Skewers
One of the canapés our guests at the Hylands Estate Showcase got to experience
Tender, succulent pieces of beautifully marinated beef, grilled until perfectly charred on the outside while staying juicy and full of flavour inside. Finished with a rich, savoury glaze and served warm on skewers — smoky, aromatic and irresistibly moreish.
The kind of canapé that catches your attention from across the room… then leaves you reaching for another.

Aaron and Afifa’s wedding
From the very first consultation to the final detail… Aaron & Afifa’s wedding was a journey we loved being part of.
They came to us looking for something different — a venue with that wow-factor entrance, a beautiful drive in and an unforgettable first impression. We suggested Hylands Estate, and the moment they viewed it… they fell in love. 🤍
With friends and family travelling internationally to celebrate with them, the vision was simple: make it an experience they would never forget.
From helping curate a menu filled with dishes their families would love, to creating a décor concept that perfectly complemented the grandeur of Hylands Estate, we brought the whole celebration together — catering, decoration and every detail in between.

Jabed and Shakila’s wedding
This one was extra special. Seeing everything come together for my little brother at Clays Marquee was a moment I’ll never forget.
From the ground up, we created everything specifically for the day — a brand-new stage, bespoke centrepieces and a fully decorated walkway, all designed and made especially for his wedding
And the catering… nothing off the shelf.
A completely customised menu, tailored around what the couple wanted and what their guests loved. 🍽️
Then we had to add something a little different
An ice cream van serving personalised wafers with the bride & groom’s names on them. Because why not? 🤍
