Once I said to Noel,
I would love to have a big enough venue where mums, friends and families can meet, have some safe space and enjoy some coffee/food. I would like to have a little stage where anyone can perform.. 8 years ago my dream came true. I opened Zippola 😍.. ever since I always felt loved and appreciated by the whole community of Enfield and not only Enfield. You allowed me to express myself in any way I wanted. Come on we even brought the “Drag Queens” to Lancaster Road.. and it was such fun.
Today my amazing journey has come an end.
Zippola will continue with a new family, they are amazing and they will bring back that sparkle for which Zippola is well known.
I thank each and one of you for your support, all the people that have worked with me over these 8 years.. my landlord, each act, performer.. the friends I made at Zippola and forever will be my friends..
BUT the biggest Thank you goes to my husband Noel, for always being there for me no matter what ( I love you babe)
I will cherish this experience for the rest of my life.
Please support the new owner ( he really deserve it) let’s keep Zippola opened for at least another 8 years.

On behalf of the team at Zippola, Noel and myself, we wish to express our great sadness at the loss of our cherished and loved friend Debbie Dean.
Debbie has been a great supporter of Zippola from the very beginning. She designed and made our stage curtains, that have become the backdrop for many wonderful events attended by the Enfield community.
Debbie, you will always have a special place in our hearts.
