🚨🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨🚨
After 34 wonderful years in Cheam—I’ve made the decision to take a step back.
The business has recently changed hands, with Oana taking over the reigns. Oana has been part of the Piggies family for over nine years, and I have every confidence that she will continue to serve the village with the same warmth, care, and delicious food that Piggies has been known for since the early 90s.
I will still be around Piggies over the coming months, supporting Oana during the transition. That said, I have no doubt that Piggies is in very capable hands and has a bright future ahead.
It has been an absolute privilege to be part of the Cheam community for so many years. Seeing familiar faces each day, watching children grow into adults—and then return with families of their own—has made this journey truly special. Many customers have become friends, and those connections are what I will cherish most.
Thank you to all our staff, past and present for your hard work and dedication, you’ve helped shape Piggies into what it is now.
Lastly, thank you to you all for your continued support, kindness, and loyalty over the years. Piggies has always been more than just a café—it’s been a community, and I’m incredibly proud to have been part of it. I look forward to seeing it continue to thrive for many years to come.
George ❤️
