I made this beautiful pink cake with strawberries and flowers, and it wasn’t until afterwards that I learned the meaning behind it🕊️
The cake was created to honour a little girl’s birthday & 1st anniversary of her passing 💔
an occasion she would never get to celebrate herself
Since then, one thought has stayed with me: how do you cope with losing a child?
When her mum collected the cake, she was smiling and so grateful for the creation, but behind her eyes I could see a sadness that spoke volumes. I’ve never walked in her shoes, but having lost close family members, I understand how grief can change you
Life continues, but things never quite feel the same
Today, I’m reflecting on how precious life is and sending love to anyone navigating loss, grief, heartbreak, or simply a difficult season
Be gentle with yourself🙏🏾
Tomorrow is a brand new day, another opportunity for love, healing, hope, and happiness🤍🙏🏾

It’s been a busy weekend back in the kitchen! 🎂👩🏾🍳
As a huge Toy Story fan, I was so excited to create this personalised cake for a special 2nd birthday celebration 🩷🚀
This Victoria sponge cake was designed around the birthday girls favourite Toy Story characters, making it extra special. And with Toy Story 5 on the way, creating this one felt even more exciting! 🩷

MONACO PART 1 ✈️🇲🇨
I closed the doors of Bees Bakehouse for a few days to take part in an opportunity I couldn’t turn down
For those of you who don’t know, before baking became my full-time career, music was a huge part of my life. So when the chance came to perform in Monaco alongside my dad, I packed my bags and said YES👍🏾
From flights and boat transfers to yachts, rehearsals and Formula 1 fever, this was just the beginning of an unforgettable weekend!

If you are coming by public transport, the nearest tube station is Ruislip Station. From there, you can take a bus or a taxi to Park Way. Alternatively, you can walk for approximately 20 minutes.
For those driving, take the A40 towards Ruislip and then turn onto West End Road. Continue straight ahead until you come to Park Way. There is limited street parking available in the area.
