A big shout-out to our Brew Street - Kitchen & Bar team at Lee Valley White Water Centre 🎃🧡
A sold-out Halloween party and a proud day for our Brew Street team 🎃🧡
The team at Lee Valley White Water Centre have worked hard to build a following in Waltham Cross, and today showed what’s come from that effort: local families coming together, getting dressed up and having a brilliant time.
To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of it.

What a night at Copper Box Arena 🥊
Zuffa Boxing brought the fights to London on Saturday, with The Romford Bull headlining in front of his home crowd. Our FSC team kept the food and drinks moving while the arena got louder with every round.
A big thank you to the team who worked the event and everyone who stopped by. This is what a Saturday night at the Copper Box should feel like.

🏟️ Meet some of the team behind the food and beverage operation at Copper Box Arena. We recently brought our Team Leaders together for a training day focused on the standards, teamwork and decision-making required to deliver busy arena events.
The sessions covered operational updates, customer scenarios, problem-solving and how our leaders can best support their teams on the ground.
As the operation continues to develop, investing in our people remains an important part of improving what we deliver.
Thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to the day.

For 12 days, played host to the welcoming international hockey and thousands of supporters from across the UK and beyond.
Alongside the action, FSC was responsible for delivering the event’s catering operation, bringing together a carefully selected mix of independent food traders and brands to serve spectators throughout the tournament.
Every event has different requirements, and building the right trader mix is just as important as delivering it on the day. From street food favourites to recognised brands, the aim is always the same: provide quality, choice and a smooth experience for everyone attending.
Another fantastic event to be part of.
