Food integrity and authenticity means everything to us at Duck Frites. From where our produce comes from to our cooking methods, authenticity is key.
When we say sustainable produce, we MEAN we only source from accredited, sustainable and award winning producers.
Our duck meat is sourced from farms that protect the environment and support animal welfare. ‘Free-range’, GMO and antibiotic free. Our Raclette Cheese and potatoes, both sourced from award winning, environmentally friendly producers.
When we say ‘triple cooked’ we MEAN our chips have been cooked thrice. Steamed-cooled-fried-cooled and a final fry on site before serving.
When we say ‘duck fat chips’ we MEAN our chips are cooked in duck fat that we render of the duck and filter.
When we say ‘homemade’ we MEAN our duck arancini, duck spring rolls and duck rillettes are all made in-house by us.
When we say ‘no waste’ we MEAN we utilise all parts of our duck. The discarded skin is used to make duck crackle, the fat used to fry our chips and the bones for the jus pot.
All of this we bring to you on the street.
