With leading the masterclass and setting the tone, it turned into one of those nights that naturally carried on, from deep dives into flavour to a packed bar well into the late hours.

Cinco de Mayo is calling… and we’ve turned it into something worth showing up for 🌶️🔥
From the 1st to 5th of May, we’re bringing a fresh lineup of dishes and cocktails inspired by bold Mexican flavours and street food culture. The pork belly tacos come loaded with grilled pineapple, fresh salsas and all the right textures, but the real standout is the spicy buffalo chicken naked burrito served hot with rice, black beans, slaw and crispy tortillas… it’s the one you don’t skip.
On the drinks side, expect the Leve Mango & Chilli bringing that sweet heat, the Classic Pacifico Paloma with Ocho tequila and fresh pink grapefruit, plus our non-alcoholic I Can Drive Paloma made with Clean Co agave spirit 🍊
This one’s built for long tables, great drinks and even better energy.

Monday set the tone for the week.
We welcomed for a masterclass and takeover led by , and the energy in the room carried from the first pour through to the final round late into the night.
A packed room, a proper deep dive into flavour, and then a seamless shift into cocktails that pushed things a little further than usual. Seeing so many of you stay, explore the menu, and lean into something different made it what it was.

An exotic masterclass kicks things off at 4.30pm, led by the incredible in collaboration with . Expect bold flavours, live tastings and a hands-on experience you don’t usually get.
Then as the evening unfolds, the bar transforms. DJs take over, cocktails keep flowing and the space shifts into a full night of energy, music and celebration.
