Yes I talk to my machine and to other things people consider just objects. I believe that everything has life in it and we affect each other. My machine's role is fundamental for my mission and when she is sick I am very much sad and I find it hard to breathe and sleep. Why is our Lentil & Quinoa so special?
Intrigued when I was starting Gaia Pulses, I did an extensive research looking to find the era this dish is first met in our culinary history. I was full of beans when I discovered that Hippocrates in the 5th century BC, refers to the humble lentils and recommends combining them with dill. Those two substances combined, form a beautiful symbiotic relationship with great benefits for digestion and nutrient -in particular iron- absorption.
This dish carries so much history and tradition and I’m happy to be offering it to you in pots at 💛
