You’ll need:

Kitchen/catering experience is a bonus but not essential — we provide full training!

Job Overview
We are a small artisan food producer and catering company based in Chessington, looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant & Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is a hands-on role combining kitchen support with daily deliveries. For those interested, there is also the option to occasionally help at Saturday market stalls (not essential).
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning)
Supporting basic food production and order preparation
Packing customer orders accurately and hygienically
Loading, delivering and unloading orders safely
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
General kitchen duties including washing up, cleaning and stock rotation
Essential Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence (required — non-negotiable)
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a small team
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good attention to detail and work standards
Desirable (Not Essential)
Previous kitchen, catering or food-service experience
Interest in food and artisan products
Food hygiene training (or willingness to learn)
Flexibility for occasional weekends or extra hours

To get to Surbiton Road in Kingston upon Thames, you can take the 71, K2 or K4 bus and get off at the Surbiton Road stop. Alternatively, you can take the train to Kingston station and then walk for around 20 minutes to reach Surbiton Road. If you are driving, there is parking available on Surbiton Road but it can be limited during peak hours.
