Picnic weather again. Hurrah. Lovely chicken and mushroom pie with thyme, rosemary and parsley, yummy. Classic sausage rolls and Mac cheese. Just perfect for sitting in the sunshine. Picnic weather again. Hurrah. Our sausage roll line up is haggis with grain mustard, Lorne and beautiful small herd free range pork with sage and a hint of nutmeg. Our quiches are leeks, onion and yellow peppers with mixed herbs and Emmental cheese. Yummy. Today with the Real Food market at Kings Cross and Euston stations.

To shake up Friday we have a twist on our chicken pies. Today delights are Chicken and pancetta, cream white sauce with crispy pancetta. Chicken and mushrooms with parsley, thyme and rosemary. Yummy. Today at Kings Cross and Euston Stations.

Chick, chick, chick Wednesday. Beautiful smooth and creamy white sauce with chicken and leeks with a hint of parsley. Yummy. Small herd, pasture fed beef or lamb Scotch pies and hand made quiches with red peppers, white and red onion, mixed herbs topped with Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of parsley. Double yummy. The sun is out. Hurrah, perfect picnic weather. Our quiches today are courgettes, red and white onions, ricotta, mixed herbs and topped with Parmesan. Our guest sausage roll is pork with paprika, mixed herbs and a hint of garlic. And don’t forget our chicken and ham or chicken and leek pies. All perfect for a yummy picnic. It’s Sausage Roll day on Thursday. Hurrah and in celebration of this meaty/pastry delight we are aiming to make 20 different sausage roll flavours. To kick off: 1. The mighty pork. Beautiful free range pork with a hint of sage and nutmeg. 2. The Scottish delight. Haggis and bacon with a hint of Dijon mustard. 3. (Our Tuesday guest SR) Stornoway Black pudding and pork.
