An artichoke a day keeps the doctor away? 👀💚
If all artichokes tasted this good, we’d eat them every day. And at ours, you can!
Packed with fibre, antioxidants and nutrients that support gut health, artichokes have plenty going for them. Who said eating your greens had to be boring? 🌿
Our Alcachofas a la Parrilla are grilled and served with smoky charcoal ajo blanco, rose harissa and almond flakes. A little smoky, a little nutty and seriously delicious.

A little look at what goes on behind the scenes👀
Between preparing all your favourite dishes and getting everything ready for service, we’re usually keeping ourselves pretty busy in the kitchen.
But whenever we get a spare moment, you’ll find us experimenting with new flavours, playing around with recipes and coming up with dishes we’d love to introduce to the menu.
Of course, nothing makes it out of the kitchen without the all-important quality control test from our chefs😌
