✨UPCOMING CHANGES TO SERVICE ✨
The boss is going on HOLIDAY (finally), normally this would involve us shutting for a week, but given that we’re Streathem’s favourite coffee shop, we thought we’d do what we could to stay open for all you wonderful people.
What’s changing? (For 1 week only)
✨ OPENING TIMES - we are opening at our usual 7:30am (8am on Saturdays), we will be closed as always on the Sunday, we will be closing early across all days at 2:30!
✨REDUCED FOOD SERVICE - we will be serving cakes pastries and focaccia on its own. No other food will be available at this time. We simply don’t have capacity (or food in the fridge!) , but don’t worry… Stef will be back the following week to cook you up your regular order!
✨ BARE WITH US: The majority of the team we have in are either brand new staff, returning staff who may not have served you ever/in a while, we kindly ask for your patience and that you order in full, as many of our team might not know your regular order yet or exactly how you like it - and we like to get it right first time!!

💻Laptop policy!
We have always welcomed laptop users, but do have some rules in place to ensure we can remain operational as a coffee shop, which we ask all customers to follow 😊
1️⃣ We have a large communal table in the middle of the coffee shop, with free WiFi and a power plug that stretches across the whole table. We kindly ask laptop users to seat themselves here to allow for more customers to be able to be seated in the shop. If our average number of laptop users sat at individual tables, this would take up over a third of our seating as a shop for several hours, which affects us greatly.
2️⃣ We are more than happy for you to set up your home office on our communal table, we do ask you to remember that we earn income through your purchases. We have a policy in store which explains how much we would anticipate you spending with us, should you choose to stay over 90 minutes, we ask that you follow this.
3️⃣ Our coffee shop is a relaxing spot where many customers read, bring their children, work or chat to family and friends. We ask that you step outside the shop if you need to make a call on loudspeaker or alternatively pop your headphones in to prevent disturbing other customers.
