As we approach the end of the year, we also come to the end of our time here at TSTS Hackney. Following the acquisition of TSTS Wholesale by Reach Food Group earlier this year, we have decided not to renew our lease at the arch and to focus on a new project which will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
This unique space has played host to various aspects of our business over the last 5 years; shapeshifting between chef’s table, wholesale production centre, seafood school and kitchen supper club. I would like to thank the following people who played a part in its journey….
Ben and Rob for making my lockdown scribbles into a beautiful and functional space.
Leo and the Chef’s Table team for running the most exciting and groundbreaking culinary experience in this city.
Kojo, Lee and the wholesale team who grafted through the night to bring the best of British fish to London’s great restaurants.
Mike for overseeing the transformation and for your excellent Seafood School.
To the many rising stars who hosted lunches in our Untapped series.
Lawrence and Pete for your brilliant Kitchen Supper Club which I have enjoyed so much these past few months.
And finally to all the customers, both public and trade, who have been through these doors.
This railway arch in Haggerston has been the stuff of dreams; part of an often challenging and winding road that has led our brand to where it is now and shaped what is to come next. Please keep following this page.
La mer, la mer, toujours recommencée…

It’s the last week of Lawrence Barrow’s residency at TSTS Hackney. What a joy it’s been to have these guys in our kitchen the last 5 months. The food here has constantly evolved with a menu always based on the best of the day’s catch, great value and nose to tail cooking. There’s a few spaces on Thursday dinner and Saturday lunch this week…if you’ve not been, bag them while you can! Link in bio.
