📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE – REOPENING DELAY
We wanted to let all our lovely customers know that, unfortunately, our reopening has been delayed.
We were originally due to reopen on Tuesday 27th October, but due to some delays with our refurbishment, we will now be reopening on Thursday 29th October at 5pm!
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete the finishing touches.
We're working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready, and we look forward to welcoming you all back to a refreshed Rose & Crown. ❤️

Golden roasties, tender meats, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, all the trimmings and a generous helping of rich gravy… because Sundays deserve to be done properly. 🤤
There's something about a Sunday roast at the pub that just hits differently.
No peeling potatoes. No juggling oven trays. No spending three hours cooking a meal that's demolished in fifteen minutes. 😂

It’s past 2pm and we have a situation at the Rose & Crown…
Manoj isn’t here. 😳
For those unfamiliar with Manoj’s schedule, he’s usually through our doors by 2pm like it’s written into his employment contract.
Apparently he’s “staying late at work today.” 🤨
Now, Manoj says this regularly.
Manoj has also, historically, demonstrated absolutely no ability to actually stay late at work. 😂
So naturally, we’re concerned.
His usual spot is waiting.
The Bulmers is getting nervous.
Staff morale is deteriorating by the minute.
COME BACK MANOJ. 😭🍺
If anyone sees him actually working past 2pm, photographic evidence will be required because frankly, we don’t believe it.
