A little glimpse of our “La Dolce Vita” Cookery & Cultural Retreat, September 2026.
From cooking with locals and making pizza in a wood-fired oven, to discovering hidden villages, artisan producers, vineyards, local traditions and the beautiful coastline of Molise and neighbouring Abruzzo region.
And one of the most special moments for me?
Cooking alongside my mamma and sharing a little piece of our family, our recipes and our traditions with our guests. ❤️
So much love, passion and hard work went into creating this exclusive experience for my guests. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it possible, and to our wonderful guests who came along for the journey.
My dream was to let you experience my Italy, just as I know it, through the eyes of a local. Not just to visit Italy, but to truly live it. To meet its people, taste its food, discover its traditions and feel at home around the table.
This is what La Dolce Vita means to me. 🇮🇹
