Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen

Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen is a cosy ramen restaurant located on Mare Street that prides itself on making all broths from scratch for maximum flavour without adding MSG. Their tonkotsu broth is rich and intense, while their chicken stock is lighter but still packed full of flavour. Vegetarians can enjoy their vegan konbu and shiitake broth with a spicy sesame base that's served with crispy fried tofu, bok choy, kikurage mushrooms and pickled radish, among other ingredients. Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen now offers all ramen in both small and regular sizes to cater for customers who might want a lighter lunch or to save room for more gyoza.

Hospitality is packed full of amazingly talented people; we are lucky to have so many of them in our restaurants, and the brilliant support team around them who understands have can’t look after our guests until we’ve looked after each other.
