Get this in your stockings: Totem of Skulls
A Golden Sour with Morello Cherries
The latest bottle in our collection is a collaboration from our friends at Saint Monday Brewery and Holy Goat Brewing. They blended two golden sour batches, both aged for an average of 3.5 months then conditioned this blend with 400kg of whole Morello cherries from a single orchard in Kent.
The resulting beer has a vibrant red colour, aromas of cherry drops, strawberry laces and a light musty funk. On the palate we get jammy hedgerow berries, boiled sweets and a touch of bitterness on the finish.
