Wrapped in gold foil, each block is layered with silky honey butter ice cream, crisp honey toast coated in caramelised white chocolate, and a hidden swirl of strawberry jam.

Basil Chocolate Chip ice cream is back.
First introduced on our menu 15 years ago - Spring 2011.
We use the greenest basil leaves, muddling it with sugar to lock in the fragrance & colour and make the chocolate chips à la minute — pouring in molten dark chocolate which sets & becomes bendy during the nitro freezing process.
Available now on the Soho menu for a limited time💚
