Our canapés have built quite the reputation ✨
We consistently hear the same thing from guests — “these are the best canapés we’ve ever had” — and we don’t take that lightly. Scouts honour, it’s a real quote.
They’re designed to be real showstoppers: beautifully presented, full of flavour, and the perfect way to kick off your celebration.
These particular canapés trays were styled by Elysium Event Planning who brought the whole look together effortlessly.

Looking for something more substantial than canapés but less formal than a full sit down meal?
Bowl food has become one of our favourite ways to feed guests whilst keeping the atmosphere relaxed, sociable and flowing naturally throughout an event.
This dish features poached Scottish salmon, baby potatoes, pickled fennel and cucumber, all wrapped in a delicious dill mustard dressing and finished with lemon aioli and parsley cress.
The perfect balance of refined, comforting and easy to enjoy whilst standing, chatting and celebrating.
Ideal for weddings, private parties, corporate events and launches where great food matters just as much as the experience around it.

One thing we love most about this industry is collaborating with genuinely brilliant people and Lucy from Elysium Event Planning is exactly that.
The beautiful garden installation at Fabulous Fifty Seven was created using repurposed flowers from previous events, giving blooms a second life and proving that thoughtful styling can still have huge impact.
Lucy has such a talent for seeing potential in every detail and bringing spaces to life in a way that feels effortless, creative and incredibly considered. And whilst many people know her for florals, she is so much more than that. From styling and logistics to the bigger picture planning, she’s the kind of event planner every client hopes to have in their corner.
A real gem of a human and someone we absolutely love collaborating with.

Hosting The Exchange and their fantastic artists at Fabulous Fifty Seven as part of this year’s Dulwich Festival has been such a joy.
Over the past week, the space has been transformed by an incredible collection of local makers, artists and creatives, with so many lovely conversations, connections and moments happening throughout the residency.
Collaborations like this are exactly why we love opening up the space. Bringing people together, supporting independent artists and creating somewhere that feels welcoming, inspiring and community led will always be at the heart of what we do.
Thank you to everyone who visited, supported the artists and spent time with us during the festival. We’re so excited to continue collaborating with The Exchange Erith in the future and can’t wait to see what we create together next.
