They serve their own handmade pork pies, cakes, scones, and traybakes, as well as other local treats. One of the best things about Granny's Kitchen is that they are dog-friendly. Dogs are allowed inside downstairs and there is a covered and heated courtyard where you can bring your furry friend for a bite to eat or just a cuppa. They even have dog beds for their comfort! If you prefer to dine without dogs, the upstairs seating area is dog-free. Granny's Kitchen also accommodates those with disabilities as the doorway is wide enough for wheelchair access. The scones at Granny's Kitchen are not to be missed - they offer proper cheese, yummy fruit, and larger plain scones filled with lashings of jam (top and bottom) and cream. All are available to eat in or takeaway. It's clear that Granny's Kitchen takes pride in their food and service as evidenced by the kind notes left on tables by satisfied customers.
