We're switching over to our summer menu soon, so I've been working my way through some of the new pizzas.
One of my favourites, the Fungi Five — a creamy porcini base topped with mixed mushrooms, Irish Gouda (Coolea), and finished with truffle chimichurri 🤤🍄🍕

Limbering up for the weekend with a Lady Royale and a glass of Vendredi 13 - Cherry, strawberry & light staranise. Ripe tannins & juicy, medium body. Served chilled.
