Summer feels like it’s just around the corner. It’s never too cold or rainy for an iced drink, so why not try this Bluemerry Matcha Latte 🌤️
All you need is 2g of matcha (our favourite is ), 3 pumps of blueberry syrup, 350ml milk or alt-milk, and ice.
Add 30ml hot water to matcha and whisk into a smooth paste. Add blueberry syrup to your glass and fill with ice. Pour in milk, leaving room for the matcha layer. Gently pour matcha over the milk to create the layered effect.
