Babur’s Halibut rassa is a traditional Maharashtrian fish curry brimming with coastal flavours. The fish is gently poached in a spiced, tomato-and-coconut broth and served with raw mango veggie lentil rice.
Paired with our Wild Verdant cocktail - a quenching combination of Cachaça, fresh lime, coconut, basil & mint - you might just think you’ve been transported to somewhere along the Konkan coast!

Yesterday’s visit to the with and .gardening was a real source of inspiration.
We loved discovering and tasting so many different herbs and edible flowers, each with its own unique flavour, aroma and character. It’s given us plenty of ideas for the season ahead and we can’t wait to bring some of that inspiration into our summer menus. Watch this space
